Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
Helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene
Recording and reporting vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration
Assisting with patient transfers, mobility exercises, and aiding those with walking or movement difficulties
Adjusting bedding, pillows, and providing emotional support to ensure patient well-being
Noting and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to the nursing staff, and documenting care provided
Setting up and maintaining basic medical equipment and assisting with devices like walkers or wheelchairs
Adhering to infection control procedures, including proper hand hygiene and following isolation precautions
Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary intake
Effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing updates and information as needed
Offering basic education to patients and families on care techniques and treatment plans
Implementing safety measures to prevent accidents, responding to emergency situations appropriately
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or similar medical fields
Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Rate: $25-$30/hr
*Contract, 20+ hrs/week
Registered Nurse (RN) - Burlingame, CA
Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Providing direct care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
Conducting thorough assessments of patients' health, identifying changes in condition, and developing care plans
Working closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to coordinate and deliver effective patient care
Advocating for patients' needs, ensuring their rights are respected, and promoting informed decision-making
Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided, and updating medical histories
Utilizing critical thinking skills to make sound clinical judgments and decisions in various healthcare situations
Responding to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions, and participating in code blue or rapid response situations
Taking on leadership roles in healthcare teams, overseeing and delegating tasks to nursing assistants and other support staff
Participating in professional development, staying informed about new medical advancements, and contributing to evidence-based nursing practice
Serving as advocates for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are communicated and respected within the healthcare system
Adhering to ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality, and upholding professional integrity
Qualifications:
